Our auctions are very similar to eBay and similar auction sites. Simply enter your bid and the winning bid at the end of the auction will win the item. You are notified by email if you’ve won an auction or are outbid.

You need to create an account with Rescuemania in order to bid.

Winners will get a link in their email to pay for their item, or you can go back to the auction listing where you will see an option to pay for any item you’ve won.

Shipping is set at a flat rate per item and unfortunately we can’t offer combined shipping if you win multiple items since the items themselves are despatched from various locations. Each listing states the shipping rate for that item.

If you have any problems during the process of bidding, creating an account, paying for an item, or any other part of the auction, please contact us by emailing admin@resceumania.co.uk with the details of your issue and we’ll be glad to help!

These terms are in addition to our website standard terms and privacy policies.

Winning bidders have 5 days to complete the payment for the item, after which time the item will be relisted. Items with no bids are automatically relisted.

100% of the money you pay for auction items to Rescuemania Ltd is transferred directly to Animal Rescue Centre (ARC) South Goa. Postage costs are used to send items and are not donated except in the case of funds left over from the flat rate postage, which are donated to ARC.

If you want to return your product for a refund please contact us. Refunds are at our discretion, for example in the event that an item was incorrectly listed or was damaged on arrival.

Auction is available in the UK only. We can only post items within the UK.
